Nick JD Hodgson Album Launch with Sam Johnson

Back in 2012, Nick Hodgson announced that he was leaving Kaiser Chiefs, saying “I’m moving on. I wish the rest of the band the very best!”

For the last couple of years he’s been writing and producing for others (having hits with Mark Ronson, Hurts, John Newman and Shirley Bassey). In Spring of this year though, he was suddenly hit with the inspiration to write a song for himself. “Suddenly felt like I was writing for myself.
